Surely the whole point the UK Law which has become subservient to the EU diktats is for Justice and fairness, so how on earth can anyone even accept any decision without a balance under freedom of information for all Govt agencies and the true ability to dismiss any politician for a mendacious act. However , how many thieving politician on expenses ( in black and White) have been sacked with immediate effect ? None - so the present system needs an overseer - recall Oedipus?trolling the streets of Athens during the day with a lighted lamp , looking for an honest man ! so in the end public ( and I mean all concerned not a vociferous few ) opinion and censure is all that's left= with teeth
