Alas, Anonymous, it isn't quite ready yet. I gave it a run out last week at Southwark Crown Court, where it succeeded in securing the conviction of its client and the subsequent imposition of a particularly tough sentence. The only difficulty was that it was instructed on behalf of the defendant.
