I recall many years ago speaking to the local high school and selling the EU as a trading area only , not a political union based on partnership - the limited company model would have been better votes according to contributions - with the 5th largest economy in the world and this is despite the UK Governments kicking our kith and kin, in the former Colonies in the teeth as though they were nobodies, Other former colonies consider we managed them badly, but now would like the Uk form of benign Government back, after tasting their own nationals ideas on corruption, nepotism and bullying. I have some EU nationals that i get on well with but even the French come over around London to escape their own Govts taxation - and here over the Border just wonder what Nicola has instore regarding tax and on whom ?
