Try getting them to find against a big from where you make a complaint on behalf of your client. That never happens. A Quindell firm I know didn't bother to investigate the obviously available evince at a road side crash (nor get accident experts involved early on). That was simply ok practice. How I don't know. They allowed scene and cars to be destroyed.
