They were warned about all of these issues before implementing this idiotic regime, introduced by idiots and ran by idiots. But as ever, despite acknowledging complaints are falling, is a review undertaken to serif the LeO is necessary any longer ? No. Yet they talk about the cost of practice and the cost of services to the fabled consumer. Is there any wonder most services are beginning to crumble, not only with the crippling costs, but in recruiting people who actually want to work like this.
