jacqueline emmerson - Not sure this assists but - 300 pages of evidenced arrived months after their findings for consumer - Had to remind them within their evidence was confirmation they had launched the complaint investigation against the wrong Firm - very similar name but traded several years apart (no phoenix trading - different company's licensed to use a trading name! - similar to MaccyD's cafes) how ever, sent the £400 invoice for wrong Firm as a must pay! - seeking meetings with the head Ombudsman/Head of CMCs as neither appear to manage the accurate operations of their organisation.

But then again, they neither care nor worry if it's Tom, Dick or Harry or Mr Patel or Mr Singh who has a franchise - Any one firm is joint and severally liable - its law you know! Oh evidence withheld never matters as they have reviewed it and they, yes they are the Law!

We await the threatened Summons to pay over £20,000.00 to a non-client!
