Anon at 2.40, from anon at 2.06, perhaps you could try reading what I wrote and you may care to consider my fellow anon @3.10's contribution and the fact that it was revealed on these pages and elsewhere that there had in the run up to the Jackson reforms been a number of high profile (and low publicity to say the least) meetings between the insurers and those within the corridors of power.

Personally I do not think that contributions to the party are the motivating factor and you will, if you are able to comprehend the allusion in my post note that my proposition was that such expressions were down to 'leftys' as distinguished from my own political stance. . . .

You may chose to refuse to connect the evidence with the outcome, that is a matter for you, but to deny there is no evidence would be surprising for a lawyer but wholly consistent with a half witted pup suckling at the teat of the ABI PR department.
