Interesting to see so many views to which not one of you is willing to put your name. if you have an opinion, have the bottle to stand up for it and be counted.

I, for one, have little faith in these impact studies. They do them because they are obliged to but the studies are usually merely window dressing which, surprise, surprise will always find that the impact is what they want it to be.
