You're right, Anon 6.03 our MPs of all sides are a poor example with their subsidised bars and restaurants, travel and London accommodations. And now they award themselves an 11% pay rise! They spend, spend and spend again on themselves and their luxurious lifestyle.

But the debt and the deficit have to be reduced. We have two wars, one at least illegal, to fund, PPF 'initiatives' and all the rest of it to pay off. Jeremy Corbyn's solution of living in a world of continuous borrowing is unsustainable economically.
