In July 2009 , I was told there was a twelve month minimum delay for involving The Information Commissioners Office, this was after the involvement of the PHSO by my MP and a failure for information request in time for a court hearing referred by Land Registry to The Adjudicator to HM Land Registry. Land Registry neglected to inform me of the adjudication of The Asvertising Standards Authority against them misleading the UK Public ( number of cases referred to the judiciary by Land Registry without the information of the ASA ruling presently standing at over 6,500). Also misleading information was provided to the UK Public by the AHMLR that was confirmed to me by Kevin Sadler at the AHMLR. I have requested to know how many of the 6,500 were sent this then double fault of the AHMLR information and am being refused this information request. It would appear that the ICO ,AHMLR and Land Registry , helped by the failure to properly inform people of the crucial ASA ruling , acted in conducting business dishonestly involving numerous legal professionals , making another area that Michael Gove could have to move to remove the offending / dubious persons
