I agree. But when I was in the smoke they had placed themselves right smack bang in the middle of the busiest three police stations in the country (Peckham/Walworth Road and Brixton).

So they envisaged market capture then (and their model was (perhaps) piss poor work and no coming back, but feeding from the bottom)?
