Ha ha ha...this is par for the course. Unfortunately the powers that be are listening more to this dirge than any of the proposals put forward by practitioners because as we all know practitioners are just in it for themselves, despite repeatedly proposing changes that will actually make the system better and provide access to justice for all. I would say "I give up...." But I said that about 15 years ago, then 5 years ago, 3 years ago, last year....
