Anon 4.28, many thanks for that. But surely any shareholder will be willing to sell. Is it not possible simply to advertise for such a person? Or the list of shareholders will reveal their identities, won't it? Or, am I missing something here?

I can certainly say one thing, if I were such a shareholder and anyone came along offering me anything for my holding I would bite both their hands off and sign any Stock Transfer Form they put in front of me.
