I assume therefore that S&G have done this in each of their previous years' trading and therefore everyone is over-reacting?

I am also aware that Quindell's work did in the main come from data mining via call centres with the consequentila fall off rate being @ 30% initially.

Alleging fraud and fundamental dishonesty for every claim, a common tactic now with TPI's, will undoubtedly have a major impact on such work.

I wonder where S&G would be today if they had not purchased the Quindell book?

I feel very sorry for the staff and wish them very well - the cream always rises to the top!!
