Using a sledge hammer to crack a nut, the usual rhetoric when there are a minority rogue MKF's operating, I personally know the "Former Bouncer" and he is no longer an MKF,

I am a non fee charging MKF, I am insured, I am registered with ICO and so forth, does that make me a little less concerning than a Fee Charging MKF, sadly as in most things in life soon as money changes hands we find this usual problems.

I have been an MKF for over a decade, I can and often do educate many solicitors who are new to Law, the divisions between the professions have been around since god was a toddler, there is the adage of never the twain will meet, that is wrong and given the current climate how does one change that ethos

I chose the walk the path because of the sometimes inept attitude of the profession towards LiPs, even in 2016 I see it all too common, it simply has to stop.

Now this drive against MKF's has continued for far too long, I never see any alternatives put forwards by others, lost is the main principle and ethos and role of MKF's.

I do not have the solution, I have seen guidance for MKFs produced every so often each will upset one side and make one side happy, the current guidance by former President Sir Nicolas Wall lit the touch paper for these organisations and fee charging MKF's to thrive.

Funny that when one does read the guidance MKF's can only be such if approved by a Judge, not before, can anyone imagine what would happen to a LiP if they paid massive fee's filed a plethora of documents to start proceedings then on the opening day the MKF is refused entry to the court or to assist the LiP those are the forgotten issues, but very real ones.

I struggle with Ray Barry's comments because I know how high he has set the bar from allowing MKF's to join his organisation, again another consortium who looks at face fits principles rather than doing what's best to bridge the proverbial gap.

For the past week MKF's have been the topic of conversation due to an ongoing court case regarding MKF's that should be left up to the judiciary to decide their fate, rogue MKF's are often made examples of however it is not across the board,

I see several comments suggesting that because of their experience of MKF's then the process should be stopped, thrown out or blocked, again, one would suggest that you do hold the balance of power if you are finding it hard to deal with MKF's especially if your a solicitor/barrister, you can raise the concerns and either request the Judge issues warnings to the MKF or other, if it is found the MKF is failing in their duty to the LiP, there is no need for guidance for that, it already exists.

I personally do not charge for various reasons, I still have to live though, I have also commented similar on previous MKF bashing posts.

Why do we as a human being always tar each with the same brush, we simply are not, I do what I do to try and prevent that, why can't we all just get along, we can be nice and fluffy if you just took time to get to know us
