She wasn't aware - and when made aware she asked for that help - which seems to have been ignored.

"I am led to believe that (a) She didn't like the advice or (b) didn't want the advice of Solicitors/Counsel."

I am not sure who led you to believe this - I don't believe she ever got that far. That's what the MF was trying to do, get enough information to point her to the right place for help.

It's a moral dilemma isn't it and an emotive one, as is the case for the Father's Rights Movement and Domestic Abuse.

And to be fair, though it is a separate argument here. if a MF supports the many legal professionals, MP's and MEP's views on Forced Adoption, why is that only bad for MF's - who rarely get involved in Public Law cases?

Forced Adoption is an international embarrassment to UK Family Law. You should watch this, if you haven't already.
