Back to basics S & G to ensure survival in short and long terms...

Consolidate immediately...Get rid of dead wood from top to bottom, starting with all who still do not appear to understand what follows!

Organise the whole team to work effectively offering excellent service and value for money, get file velocity right (in balance for clients and firm), generate revenues that represent a decent margin on expenses (including Principal salaries), collect the money, reduce debt, re-invest some, spend the rest on expenses again...week in week out ad infinitum.

At least in Personal Injury debtors are not a major factor!

Demonstrate to the bankers that you really do understand how a large modern law firm MUST operate.

Well before this turnaround is completed the share price will start to look after itself, if investors can see that Management is capable and not asleep at the wheel.
