But look at the costs and really was there abuse? There was the Robinsons business its true but wholesale? I think not.

I for one was one of the only local trainees (on about £10.00 per hour), genned right up on benefits (from working at the CAB), who could propelled advise locally. within a geography of about a million people. Yes there were very snobby local solicitors, but they new sweet FA about this discipline (even though the did large amounts of Family stuff).

I think the Govt. bit off the newly qualified that really did benefit them with this abolition.

Would I do the work again? Probably. Would I extend the GF to £300 - £400 for an in depth benefits or Council Tax (or a you say Debt) problem. Probably. It would probably not be best use of my time now. But I would still do it.
