These firms of solicitors who are trying to bring claims against members of the armed forces are nothing better than ambulance chasers, relying in many cases on information brought forward by highly dubious individuals. By bringing these cases against members of the armed forces, these firms are in effect undermining the security of this country, because in the long term, service personnel will be disinclined to effectively carry out their duties. If there is a serious terrorist attack in this country, will we be able to rely on the services of Leigh Day to protect us from a potential takeover from the Caliphate?
