The Law Society are in reality a busted flush. No-one takes them seriously now anyway, so that they could if they wished try to take the moral high ground but I suspect that would be too little too late and no one would listen to them.

Its only a matter before one of the large ABD or MDP's go down. The the public will really want to know what they have been doing .....

I suspect they will be wound up, a bit like the SIA and the likes that preceded the FCA ....
