I am also hearkened by the fact that you have been protecting as a supposedly representative body, those small practitioners firms (sole to say six partner), that are at present stuck in an ex-profession they badly want to get out but cant because of run off cover.

It seems you understand Article 3 as well and the right not to be exposed to slavery, inhuman or degrading treatment by way of some kind of perpetual indenture....
