Hold on; they successfully got compensation for thousands of clients. Of those who claimed they were negligent, only a few won. This seems rather a good result to me.

In other words, on balance they were a decent firm of claimant solicitors, getting results for those who had been injured.

The only victory here is for those who do not want representation for ordinary people injured at work.

Never forget, it was Parliament which willed the "compensation culture", even if it didn't realise so at the time. Don't blame the profession for it.
