Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have been warning my clients that a hike in fees was likely but this short notice is outrageous. I have 3 petitions ready to send off to court today but as they will arrive at the court on Monday, the higher fee will be charged!! I cannot take them today as the Regional Court Centre is now too far away and the Courts will not accept the documents by email with originals in the post to follow. I have steam coming out of my ears - and feel dreadful for my clients.
