If there is any truth in all these anecdotes about corrupt claimant solicitors why is it that not one shred of evidence is ever put forward by the insurance spin doctors?
All this hot air and manufactured statistics is tiresome.
Insurers have a vested interest in damaging the claimant solicitors reputations. The policy premiums rises are blamed on fraudster claimants. There is no evidence. The statistics are made up by the insurers.
If a claim is made and the accident happened in Bradford it is automatically logged by insurers as a fraud claim, regardless of the merits or the outcome. That case is then used as a statistic and then presented as truth to support the insurers agenda.
Its simple. Insurers love making billions in profit from premiums. They resent claims being paid out.
