125 survivors came forward, going on the payment to the survivor of 40,000 pounds from the CICB. 60% to survivor and the rest to solicitor Please see NorthumberlandVillage Homes Face Book for details. This will take you to the link where there are dozens of homes listed. @Johnathon Massey I know what I am describing and I say that people can use these companies (no win no fee) if the solicitor is not claiming specialised knowledge and not promising court hearings. Yes, legal aid is applied for and I know of one case where this was paid for services rendered. I have submitted proof to various regulatory bodies. Some of the survivors are very fragile and for the solicitor to claim to have support in place and a team of lawyers and psychologists is very wrong. You may feel its every man for himself but I think that honesty would be fundamental to anyone working in the legal profession. Am I totally wrong?
