"You were brought up a long time ago in a different time" i e one where I had to be satisfied on cogent proof as to quantum and liability. This is no longer a profession, more like street fighting to me. We got this sort of thing out of our systems on a Saturday afternoon on the rugby pitch which is where it stayed.
