I agree that a short set of rules is dangerous, as it will be open to interpretation after the event. Over time, either it will balloon, or Cordery's commentary will expand and be relied on. The current Handbook is a mess, with numerous changes, no index, and structured so as to make finding what you want as awkward as possible.

David, if you mean the SRA has nothing to do, this doesn't tally with comments on other posts about claimant and defendant PI firms routinely being reported for fraudulent conduct. From those posts, the SRA has a pretty heavy workload.
