What Ho! Here we go again. I was a witness at a morning briefing in Royal Courts of Justice. A young female barrister asked the judge chairing the meeting, why he had given the judgment to the opposition when all of the evidence was in her client"s favour. The judge stretched out his arm, and, as if patting her on the head, told her it was her opponents turn to have a win, she should remind him next time and he would see that she got the win!
