It is not the Rules which are of concern; it is an activist judiciary finding an over-riding public interest that clients do not suffer when a giant consumer focused law firm goes bust.

In that event, politics will be the deciding factor....and judges are as political as every other sector. There will be no promotion or preference for any judge who does not decide for the consumer, no nice judicial inquiries to chair...........
