I completely agree. It seems as though she had no support at all .No one to turn to and say look here I'd make the most awful mistake, etc. , For heaven's sake, we all make mistakes, but mercifully very few of us get anywhere near this situation.

It must surely also reflect badly on the firm she worked for that she felt the need to lie.

At the firmware I trained and spent many years as a partner there was an "open door policy". Anybody could go into a senior partners office and discuss issues and were strongly encouraged to do so if they were serious. I feel desperately sad for this lonely young lady.
