It's amazing the level and number of the pathetic and shameful comments in support of this solicitor and the offences she committed.

Even more shameful are the various excuses of lack of 'support' 'supervision' and 'work stress' being touted by many of the comments. If these represents the attitude of fellow-solicitors to this incident then no wonder the profession is in such a dire strait.

Not even if she had been a 17-year old school leaver solicitor's clerk would any of these lame excuses be tenable.

Why can't you guys go back to school again and learn the meaning of 'mens rea' in addition to devoting some time reading your handbook and ethics!
