Poor kid. I agree with much of the sympathy expressed above. The 'constantly looking over your shoulder' syndrome in the largest law firms isn't notorious for nothing - and then when there is a disaster on a file (and yes it happens to everyone at least once - that is how you learn) the psychological pressure may be unbearable - especially to somebody still in their twenties. A good example for our regulators to cite for reviewing supervisor and reporting arrangements in large law firms.
