what the SRA will do is very unpredicable. I had a case a few years back where the solicitor in question was as dishonest as they come. Forged documents dodgy dealings you name it. On top of all this he already had a track record with the SRA. A simple case deserving to be struck off you might think. nope. He got a suspension for 12 months i think it was and he had the audacity to appeal. Thankfully the High Court Judge gave him an ear full and told him to thank his lucky stars he had not been struck off. What this girl did -yes dishonest but nothing compared to some cases where solicitors do not get struck off.
