I often can't believe what I read on here;
Excuse 1) Lack of supervision and coaching
2) It was only a little lie / fraud, slap her wrist
3) Her career could be over
4) Pressure and targets made her do it
5) All say Arrrrrr
6) It was Tuesday

This profession is claimed to be one of the highest in the land, looking after other people lives and money. At what point did she think it was morally wrong to forge and de-fraud us all ?
You can't watch someone 24-7. What module is there in the 5 years training that covers lying, fraud, moral compass ? - if missing - slot it in please.

I am very sorry, but on principal you cannot have all the cake and eat it......
