I wonder whether the Courts will move to treating diplomatic immunity as subject to a judicial-review-type procedure. I.e. you can only get immunity if you are reasonably exercising your diplomatic function. Parking on yellows outside Harrods while you buy up the store would not be, for instance. Or keeping maids chained in the basement.
