Anyone living in the real world knows that whiplash fraud has become a national joke.

Most people are in debt in this country and struggling- the chance to make easy money claiming whiplash is too attractive with little chance of being caught and encouraged by the CMC’s. The vast number of claims have simply swamped the insurers
and its become a billion pound industry

Thank god for elected MP’s on all sides of the political spectrum who recognised this. Thank god for the newspapers who regularly report on this problem. Thank god for the Judges who speak out against this.
