Whether or not there is an appeal, or if so whether or not it is s uccessful, commentators should read the judgment before accusing the judge of ignorance.

HOC raised questions about the fraudster's connection with the property, in breach of confidence to their client sent copy emails to people connected with the fraudster and seemingly spotted anomalies. Their client was not told. Documents were merely sent to him to read.

For myself, he says pompously, I might not have gone for an equal split. But I don't quarrel with the decision. I wasn't there and didn't have the whole picture.
