Jackson is in danger of creating a legacy of meddling and interference. He needs to be made accountable for the impact of the reforms he has already advocated for, which are ineffective, let alone be let loose on releasing another set of 'recommendations'. If solicitors altered their advice as frequently as he appears to do so then they are sanctioned in costs and/or considered negligent. Just saying.
