I seem to recall the same being said about 3 years ago, on behalf of a certain umbrella branding organisation... so does that mean we've got 2 years? Or, is it the same message with a new start date? Or was that message wrong but this one is right....I'm confused.

"Disruptive technologies" were the buzzwords...Legal Zoom would change everything; everything would be done online...only it didn't quite work out like that.

Somewhere between the unlimited uncertainty of hourly rates and the client's desire for cost certainty, cost transparency and having the right work done at the right rate by the right resource, there lies a happy medium. There's nothing guru-esque in Susskind's words: it's common sense that anyone with a business or marketing background would tell you in an instant.
