If a claimant "losses his job" though injury suffered in a car accident then it sounds more than a straightforward whiplash injury and also a claim exceeding the proposed £5K SCC limit?

It would be interesting to carry out an independent poll to see whether the general public support the Governments proposals to effectively ban any injured motorist of pursing whiplash claims below £5K in order to try and stop fraudulent PI claims.
