I'm sorry but the facts speak for themselves. We have the least accidents but the most injury claims in Europe. Blame who you want, but removing the incentives to claim is the only way to go. You may cite the odd case where access to justice is compromised but the reality is that the other 99% of low value claims are being targeted here. The same ones that they don't pursue elsewhere. Get a grip and realise that the PI market has become a total cess pit.
