NO - it's true. Claimant Factories and CMCs and Credit Hirers need to get out and change hearts and minds.

I for one certainly haven't been sent enough texts telling me to make a claim for the accident I haven't had.

And having turned my radio on this morning, I don't think I got the message about what Claimant Factory firms can do, despite hearing an annoying Manc blabbering on about sick holidays and "fewd poisonin on yo package holiday" and claim the compensation that's rightfully yours even if you don't have the evidence to prove it every three minutes.

It is the classic case of having killed the goose that laid the golden egg motivated by back-stabbing, short-sightedness and greed.

I know I'll get a million thumbs down and they'll be all sorts of tin hat conspiracy waffle about the Tories and the CIA and Insurance Companies and aliens, but the simple fact is that members of the public associate personal injury solicitors with ambulance chasing money grabbers. They'll not be shedding many tears.
