back in 1994 i had a nasty whiplash (someone decided to ignore the fact that I had right of way at a junction......) and i still feel the after effects occasionally now. it really hurt at the time.

The statistics show (via CRU) that there is no increase in RTA's generally or whiplash claims in particular.

And we are all sick of the cold calling (even the Justice Minister said he'd had those).

To me, these days, it's a case of people passing on data - and/or people randomly cold calling randomly generated numbers, or both - to try to drum up work and or fees. and it isn't solicitors who are doing that (3rd party capture, anyone?)
