Ignoring the point concerning retainers and the patently stupid idea of 'unbundling'.

The order failed to include that the appeal bundle should have been served. Should it still have been done? No it shouldn't!!

They criticise us if we fail to comply with any part of an order and now they seek to criticise us if we read into an order, provisions which a most learned member of the judiciary has omitted to include when making the order.

Are we meant to have some form of sense for what another judge in hindsight might think should have been in an order?

Is it any wonder that the court system is imploding with idiotic judges like this?
