Thanks for that, anon5.19. When in Eastbourne I witnessed hundreds of wills. I was even told in no uncertain terms that a draft will had to go out on the same day as the instructions were received. (I think this hailed back to someone dying inconveniently soon after giving the instructions)

I was also told never, NEVER, to visit a deceased's property alone. An Eastbourne solicitor was prosecuted for, allegedly, for taking away a bottle of whiskey...and convicted, but his appeal to the Crown Court was allowed.
