RG it is not often that I agree with you - here especially your question.

We don't, of course, know who raised the issues with the professional body or if they provided and gave the evidence used against her. If "yes" to either or both, then given that most of the cases were booted into touch without any evidential effort on her part, there are questions to be answered.

Furthermore, and more worryingly, it rather looks as though her report should be treated seriously. And soon.
