This is such a dangerous thing as clients generally have a completely different and sometimes unrealistic expectation when dealing with matters. I accept it is our job to manage expectations of the clients but even doing that clients will still be unhappy with the end result.

A prime example is personal injury. Clients see it as a bit of a blank cheque and think their injuries are worth significantly more than the reality. Even with the cold hard figures laid out in front of them with full justification of the valuation a lot of clients will still feel aggrieved and rank the firm badly on the site. How is a firm meant to manage that?

No disrespect to the firms above but I don't consider them "prestigious law firms". If it is top 10 law firms I would agree. Unless the website owners have a different idea of what they consider to be prestigious law firms?
