Ah lovely she appears to live in the same fantasy land as the last two lord chancellors who believe that money grows on trees in the legal industry and that there is some big stash of money somewhere that we aren't letting anyone have and can be used to fund the services the public need but we don't even need to meet operating costs amongst all these fee cuts that the inductry is receiving.

Well I'm off to go visit this fantasy land where the ministers live and I'll just hop on my unicorn and run over the rainbow bridge and be there in no time...

I despair i really do.
