Comment

Although not of much use to the very poorest, Surrey has good railway links to Clapham Junction and Croydon. Many people who can't get legal aid help in housing matters now could reach some very good Croydon and Battersea solicitors but some mad boffin in the LSC deems that not appropriate. So rather than a poorly accessible service the residents of Surrey get no service. Great system.
