Good point but also one must not lose the fact that it is very worrying that the the can close down a firm acting against it.

This firm however, and another well known one whom I wouldn't necessarily mention, use the Legal Aid Scheme to set the agenda for class actions.

That is quite concerning and we all know that the fault for this lies with the 'relaxation' of advertising and Maintainance and Champerty.

It will take some time for the unethical behaviour to be properly realised as a result.
